Timothy Herrington, the man accused in the murder of Jimmie “Jay” Lee was in court this morning for his bond hearing.
He was denied bond.
On February 11, Sheldon Timothy Herrington was charged with Capital Murder and Tampering with Evidence.
He was placed in custody until his bond hearing.
