CLARKE COUNTY, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – Former Clarke County Medical Examiner Gregory Carl Fairchild died at the age of 63 on July 20th.
Fairchild served as the Medical Examiner for Clarke County for 16 years and was also a member of the State Coroners Association.
According to his obituary from Wright’s Funeral Home, Fairchild was also a member of the Quitman Volunteer Fire Department and a paramedic with Paratech EMS. He was also a longtime employee of the Lauderdale County School District.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024, 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, 11:00 am at the Bethany Pentecostal Holiness Church, with Rev. Glenn Lafferty, officiating.
Burial will take place in the Archusa Memorial Gardens.
