MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) – Friday, August 9, Luke Tanner Mason was sentenced for felony sex crimes he committed in Lauderdale County.
In the Lauderdale County Circuit Court, Courtroom, Mason pled guilty to one count of Sexual Battery and one count of Lustful Touching, both charges involving a minor.
Judge Bailey heard from both the Assistant District Attorney, Luke Mason, and Mason’s representation. The judge made sure all parties involved were in agreement as to the plea made on Friday.
The judge agreed with the state’s recommendation for sentencing.
Luke Tanner Mason is no longer an employee of Mooreville schools.
