MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – A pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing HWY 39 near the Dairy Queen.
The incident happened on August 1st.
Lauderdale County Coroner Stella McMahan said Avery Davis Jr. was the victim in this incident and, he died on August 2nd.
Davis was wearing all black, and the incident happened in the early morning hours.
