CLARKE COUNTY, Miss. (WTOK) – According to Sheriff Anthony Chancelor, there has been a stabbing in Clarke County near County Road 671 in East Quitman.
Chancelor stated one person was stabbed and taken to a local hospital.
While deputies were on the way to the scene, Troy Dearman turned himself into the Sheriff’s department, stating he was involved in the stabbing incident.
Troy Dearman is being charged with Aggravated Assault, and no bond has not been set.
The case is still under investigation.
