MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – Investigators in Meridian are searching for a suspect connected to a fatal hit-and-run that occurred earlier this week off King Road. The incident, which took place on Tuesday, October 22, claimed the life of 79-year-old John Culpepper, a partner in the local law firm Culpepper & Culpepper.
The suspect has been identified as William Joe Garrett. Police urge anyone with information about Garrett’s whereabouts or the accident to come forward.
