Junior Auxiliary of Meridian To Host “JA Wonderland” Holiday Event to Support Local Youth

MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – The Junior Auxiliary of Meridian is inviting families to join in the holiday spirit at JA Wonderland, a festive fundraiser hosted by the organization’s Provisional Class. The event will take place on Saturday, December 14, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Meridian.

JA Wonderland offers a fun-filled morning with Santa Claus, featuring opportunities for children to meet and take photos with Santa, enjoy holiday-themed crafts, and indulge in seasonal refreshments. Brandi Lee, a talented local photographer, will be capturing memorable moments with Santa for attendees.

Tickets for the event are $20 per family, and all proceeds will benefit the Provisional Class’s service project, Ditch the Screen: Ignite Your Dreams!, which encourages local youth to engage in non-electronic activities that foster creativity, personal growth, and social connection.

“We’re excited to bring the community together for a morning of holiday joy that also makes a lasting impact,” said Alison Gardner, First Vice President and Provisional Trainer for Junior Auxiliary of Meridian. “Through the support of our JA Wonderland attendees, we can continue providing meaningful experiences for children in our community.”
