KEMPER COUNTY, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – A Kemper County woman has been arrested on charges of sexual battery and child pornography, authorities said Friday.
Adreoinna Latoria Hickman was arrested on November 22, 2024, after an investigation that began in October 2020. The Kemper County Sheriff’s Department initially investigated allegations of sexual battery involving a child under the age of 14 and child pornography. However, at the time, physical evidence could not be located.
The case was reopened after the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) contacted the sheriff’s department with information about a video related to the case. Hickman admitted to committing the sexual acts, recording them, and sharing the video on social media in exchange for money, which she never received.
Hickman is currently being held at the Kemper/Neshoba Regional Jail Facility. Bond will be set at a later date.
