MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – Mia’s Caffé, a beloved staple in downtown Meridian, will officially close its doors on Sunday, March 23rd, following four years of serving the local community. The news was shared with a heartfelt message on the restaurant’s Facebook page, expressing deep gratitude to loyal customers and the community that embraced the establishment.

“We had no idea how quickly our little corner of the world would become a place of connection, laughter, and, most importantly, friendship,” the message from owner Gina Giuliano and staff read. “Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of serving some of the kindest, most supportive people—many of whom have become more like family than customers.”

Since opening, Mia’s Caffé has been known for its warm atmosphere, where patrons could enjoy everything from a morning coffee to a leisurely lunch, as well as moments of camaraderie and celebration. The restaurant became more than just a place to eat, it became a community hub for many who frequented the café.

The owners thanked their customers for being part of the restaurant’s journey and expressed hopes of crossing paths again in the future. “Until then, we’ll continue to hold each of you in our hearts,” the message continued.

As the restaurant prepares for its final days of service, they reminded customers with Mia’s gift cards to use them before the closure on March 23rd.
