MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – Queen City Newsfeed marked a major milestone last week, reaching 10,000 followers on social media and celebrating with a “10K and Counting Giveaway Week” featuring daily prizes for lucky supporters.
Two winners walked away with generous prize packages, thanks to partnerships with local favorites.
Friday’s winner, Shunda, received a swag bag from the Mississippi Arts and Entertainment Experience (The MAX), a one-year membership to the museum, and a $100 gift card to Weidmann’s Restaurant, a historic dining destination in downtown Meridian.
Earlier in the week, Wednesday’s winner, Cindy, was also treated to a prize bundle from The MAX, including a one-year membership and a $50 gift card to Jean’s Restaurant.
Organizers say the giveaway was a way to thank the community for its support and enthusiasm as the platform continues to grow.
