MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – Blue Grass roots run deep. Meridian native Keith Barnacastle, owner of The Blue Grass Standard Magazine, is bringing the music home with a FREE Blue Grass Night concert at the Jimmie Rodgers Festival on May 13, 2025.
**Featuring music by East Nash Grass and Grammy nominated band Sister Sadie**
It’s his first time sponsoring this festival night, but he’s no stranger to supporting local music—having backed events like Suits, Boots, and Blue Grass.
Barnacastle’s mission? To keep the tradition of Blue Grass alive and thriving for the next generation.
