LAUDERDALE COUNTY, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – A 34-year-old man died early Friday in a single-vehicle crash on Shiloh-Vimville Road in Lauderdale County, authorities said.
Lauderdale County Coroner Stella McMahan said E-911 received a call reporting the crash at about 1:54 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14. The crash occurred in the 4800 block of Shiloh-Vimville Road.
The man died at the scene, McMahan said.
Authorities are withholding the victim’s name to allow time for his family to be notified.
Lauderdale County Sheriff Ward Calhoun said Southeast Volunteer Fire & Rescue, the Lauderdale County Sheriff’s Department and Metro Ambulance responded to the scene.
