MISS, (QCNEWSFEED) – The new 4-H year began Oct. 1, and Mississippi 4-H is accepting sign-ups for youth ages 5 through 19, according to a recent social media post by the organization.
“4-H empowers young people with skills the classroom doesn’t always teach,” Mississippi 4-H stated, highlighting qualities such as “confidence; the know-how to work well with others; the ability to push through challenges and stick with a job until it gets done.”
Those interested in joining can contact their county’s Extension office or visit extension.msstate.edu.
