PHILADELPHIA, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) — The Neshoba County Sheriff’s Office is reminding individuals released on felony bond and awaiting grand jury action that they are required to appear for an upcoming felony bond call.
The bond call is scheduled for Thursday, Aug. 27, at 8:30 a.m. in the Main Courtroom of the Neshoba County Courthouse.
According to the sheriff’s office, anyone on felony bond in Neshoba County while awaiting grand jury action must appear in person and be on time.
Officials said failure to appear could result in immediate action, including revocation of bond and the issuance of an arrest warrant.
