MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) — Lauderdale County residents will have an opportunity to hear from both candidates for circuit clerk during a community watch meeting Monday, Oct. 5.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at New Life Community Church, 3000 State Blvd. in Meridian.
Circuit clerk candidates Jeff Tate and Kim Houston are scheduled to speak at the event. The two are competing in the Nov. 3 special election for Lauderdale County circuit clerk.
The meeting is open to the community, and residents are encouraged to attend and bring a neighbor.
