JONES COUNTY – A woman wanted in connection with the alleged theft of a vehicle in Jones County has been taken into custody in Wayne County.
Officials said anonymous tips led deputies to a stolen 2016 Volkswagen Jetta and later to the suspect, identified as Lisa Crews. Crews was taken into custody Saturday.
Crews is being held at the Jones County Adult Detention Facility on a $10,000 bond.
The vehicle is being returned to its owner.
