PEARL RIVER COUNTY — A countywide narcotics roundup led by the Pearl River County Sheriff’s Office resulted in 26 arrests, with dozens more suspects still at large, authorities said.
The operation, dubbed “Operation County Sweep,” involved narcotics investigators and deputies with the sheriff’s office, along with the Picayune Police Department, Picayune Special Operations Team, Mississippi Bureau of Narcotics, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Mississippi Department of Corrections, Lenoir Rowell Criminal Justice Center Transport and Picayune Municipal Court.
Authorities said the agencies traversed the entirety of Pearl River County to serve narcotics-related warrants. The operation yielded 26 arrests on charges related to possessing and distributing illegal narcotics and other offenses.
Those arrested include:
- Shaun Levasseur (46) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 2 counts of the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Roy Hepler (55) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with 2 counts of the Sale of a Controlled Substance in a School Zone and 1 count of the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Angela Bryant (46) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 3 counts of the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Gauge Normand (31) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Conspiracy to Commit a Crime.
- James Brown-Lowell (35) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Trafficking Controlled Substance, Aggravated Trafficking Controlled Substance, and Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Aundrea DeJurnett (42) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance and 2 counts of the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Bruce Barber (48) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with 2 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- David Matthews (47) – Poplarville, MS 39470. Charged with 2 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance. Additional charges from today for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
- Billy Harrington (70) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with 2 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Roy Abron (55) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Sale of Controlled Substance.
- Glenn Dysart (50) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Consuello Cox (53) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Sale of Controlled Substance.
- Justin Mayer (54) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Deriera Magee (54) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Trafficking a Controlled Substance, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, and an MDOC Warrant.
- James Chad Jenkins (47) – Poplarville, MS 39470. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Matthew Loveless (32) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Kimberly Beall (35) – Lumberton, MS 39455. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance and an MDOC Warrant.
- Jabrell Gibson (29) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance. Additional Charges of 2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute while in Possession of a Firearm
- Brandi Manko (44) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance. Additional Charge of Introduction of Contraband to Correctional Facility.
- Cedric Carpenter (30) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Terry Windham (56) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Brittany Freeman (36) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
- Erica Bomar (35) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 2 counts for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute while in Possession of a Firearm.
- Joseph Mayes (49) – Lumberton, MS 39455 Arrested on an MDOC Warrant.
- Terrance Gilbert (35) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance.
- Timothy Davis (39) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Sale of a Controlled Substance.

• James Mayes (54) – Lumberton, MS 39455. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Willie Jefferson (39) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with 4 counts for Sale of Controlled Substance.
• Douglas Dillard (49) – Pearl River, LA 70452. Charged with 3 counts Sale of Controlled Substance.
• Blake Bass (30) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 4 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Candi Summers (45) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Steven Summers (26) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance.
• Jalishia Hunderson (UNK) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with 2 counts of the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Matthew Blackburn (27) – Carriere, MS 39426. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.

• Daramie Magee (29) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 3 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Senica Nixon (41) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 3 counts for Trafficking a Controlled Substance and 1 charge for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Tarik Ragas (21) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 3 counts for the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Madyson Mitchell (28) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
• Martin Minks (40) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Trafficking a Controlled Substance.
• Nathan Nix (23) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with the Sale of a Controlled Substance.
The Picayune Police Department Special Operations Team is also seeking the following individuals:
• Sylvester McDonald (49) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 2 counts of Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Substance.
• James Lavigne (50) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Substance.
• Brady Joseph Ervin (21) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Conspiracy to Sell a Controlled Substance.
• Tasha Lauren Stackpole (43) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with Possession of a Weapon by a Felon.
• Christian Daniel Lee (31) – Picayune, MS 39466. Charged with 3 counts of Sale of a Controlled Substance.

Sheriff David Allison commended narcotics investigators and deputies for their work and thanked state, federal and local partners for their assistance.
“This operation was only the beginning,” Allison said, adding that narcotics activity will not be tolerated in Pearl River County.
Mississippi Department of Public Safety Commissioner Sean Tindell said the operation demonstrates the strength of interagency partnerships.
“Multiple agencies came together with one goal — to remove criminals from our streets and protect Mississippi families and communities,” Tindell said. “If you’re trafficking drugs in our state, know this: we are coming for you.”
