The event will run from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at two locations: the Public Works Complex at 311 27th Avenue South and North Hills Shopping Center at 4531 35th Avenue. The collection is open to City of Meridian residents only.
Items accepted include aerosol cans, corrosives, paint thinners, solvents, drain openers, batteries, antifreeze, oil filters, used oil, fluorescent bulbs, tires, yard and garden pesticides, paints and cell phones.
