MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) — Tommy Lard, 28, has reportedly been charged with three counts of capital murder in connection with the Oct. 20 shooting at St. Francis Apartments in Meridian.
The shooting claimed the lives of three people.
