Downtown Meridian becomes an outdoor art studio on Saturday, November 7, 2026!
Marty McIntyre and Julia Norman of the Arts & Community Events Society (ACES) join Rob Allen to preview the Plein Air Festival & Urban Sketchers event. From artists painting and sketching downtown scenes to the Wet Paint Party, where you can purchase freshly created artwork, the day offers plenty for artists and art lovers alike. And if drawing a stick figure is a challenge, you’re still invited to come enjoy the creativity! Hear about the camaraderie, downtown views, and opportunities to watch artwork take shape throughout the day.
