MERIDIAN, Miss. (Queen City Newsfeed) – The City of Meridian Public Works Department has issued a boil water notice for residents in the Linmoor Estates Subdivision.
Officials advise that all drinking water should be boiled vigorously for at least one minute before consumption, including for drinking, cooking, and brushing teeth.
The notice was issued as a precautionary measure and will remain in effect until water quality testing requirements are met. City officials anticipate that the issue will be resolved within a few days.
